This course offers additional simple, practical, and fun techniques to incorporate parts work into your already utilized therapeutic practices for a range of client issues. This training teaches therapists how to help clients identify parts that may be holding them back from accessing their adult functioning parts. They will explore what different parts are and learn how to access positive states of self, safe places, and caregivers within ourselves, and how to work with childlike states. Use creative ways to nurture parts, and keep parts safe, organized, and loved for better emotional regulation. The facilitator will use the interventions in real-time with participants. Participants will learn Jim Knipe’s Loving Eyes Protocol, the 2 hand technique, how to resource clients with additional parts and the rage room!
